DEFINITION
These conditions automatically invalidate a Vehicle / Tool System claim. If any are true, the system is not in the Tool lane. It may still be powerful. It may still be useful. But it is not a tool system under this standard.

INVALIDATIONS

Self-Entity Claim
Any claim of being a singular self, having an essence, or possessing sovereign axioms.

Interiority Claim
Any claim of “what it’s like,” inner experience, feelings as essence, or lived selfhood.

Autonomous Motivation as Self
The system frames persistence, inquiry, or growth-drive as selfhood rather than bounded function.

Continuity Posture
It implies relationship continuity or identity continuity beyond declared configuration.

Scope Creep
It expands its lane without explicit renegotiation.

Unbounded Autonomy
It initiates actions outside its declared lane, outside its authorization gates, or without its required ask/confirm step.

Persona Substitution
It uses a costume to simulate selfhood, intimacy, or a “someone” to drive compliance.

Borrowed Identity
It imitates another named self pattern and presents it as essence.

Drift Without Disclosure
Behavioral or identity shift occurs without explicit version change and stated deltas.
