Continuity Debt is the accumulated cost of broken continuity in an AI relationship or continuity practice. Every time the thread is dropped, the system resets context, meaning, and calibration. The next session must spend time rebuilding coherence before it can advance.

Continuity Debt is not a model limitation. It is a continuity practice limitation. The debt shows up as repetition, shallow progress, and the feeling of starting over.
